 All Tiers include:

• Online Meetings - with or without voting
• Phone Meetings - as part of a web meeting or on their own (e.g. town halls)
• Voting - Electronic voting can be done online, by phone, in a web meeting, in-person only or in a hybrid meeting
• Other features - Town Hall Phone Meetings, Voice Broadcasting, Mass SMS Messaging and more!

Phone Minutes

Motion Meetings has the ability to hold meetings and votes via phone at any scale. You'll only pay for the minutes you use and they will be valid for a 12-month period. Phone minute costs are linked to your tier - the higher the tier, the lower the per-minute cost.

You can use your phone minutes for

• Phone meetings of any kind, including regular virtual meetings, town hall-type meetings, phone voting, and voice broadcasting. 
• Minutes are sold in blocks estimated based on our 10+ years of experience running phone meetings.

Support Hours

Support hours are available for organizations needing extra help, such as training and meeting assistance. They are billed based on estimated needs, added to your account, and can be replenished anytime.

SMS Messaging

Motion can also support mass SMS messaging. SMS credits will be billed and provided in the same manner as phone minutes.
